CTC has identified specific risk factors that increase the likelihood that youth will experience problem behavior.
Protective factors buffer the risk youth experience; CTC has organized these into the Social Development Strategy.
The CTC Youth Survey is held bi-annually in local schools to help us identify priority risk factors & programs to address them.
Key leaders play a major role in the CTC process, and can support prevention efforts in a variety of ways.
CTC is evidence-based, meaning multiple studies have shown that it has a positive impact on communities.
